Teaching practice Phase 2 - week 6 (19/01/26 to 20/01/26)
✨Day 24 (19/01/26)✨
Today, I had only one period with the class, and I utilized this time to conduct a diagnostic test for the students. The period was planned carefully to ensure that the assessment was smooth, stress-free, and meaningful for learners. Before distributing the test, I iefly explained its purpose to the students, emphasizing that it was meant to understand their prior knowledge and learning gaps rather than to assign grades. The diagnostic test provided valuable insights into the students’ level of understanding of the concepts taught earlier. It helped me identify areas where students were confident, as well as topics that required further clarification and reinforcement. Observing their responses also gave me a clearer picture of individual differences in learning pace and comprehension.
✨Day 25 (20/01/26)✨
Today marked the final day of my teaching practice. I conducted my remedial teaching session, focusing on addressing students’ learning gaps and reinforcing key concepts. It was a satisfying experience to see the students gain better clarity and confidence. With a sense of happiness and accomplishment, we completed and signed off Phase 2 of the teaching practice, inging this meaningful journey to a successful conclusion.
